What should the exhibitor prepare for the show?
The exhibitors should bring their Products for display, Interior
decoration for the booth, Brochure for sales in English and
Vietnamese(recommended), Business cards, Registration forms
for buyers, and other necessary tools for promotion.
When will the Exhibitor Badge be issued?
Exhibitors will be asked about the details (Quantity, Information etc.)
by the Organizer in advance.
Exhibitor can pick up the Exhibitor badge according to the
Organizer’s instructions.
What is the difference between Standard Booth and Space only Booth?
Standard Booth is built by the Organizer with basic design (includes 2 fluorescent lights, 1 company name board, 1 information desk, 2 chairs, 1 electrical socket, floor carpet, 1 trash-can).
How to avoid theft of property when participating in exhibitions?
Security services will be provided while exhibition occurs. We recommend that at least 1 staff member of the Exhibitor be assigned to the booth at all times. Pay special attention to valuable items like laptops and cameras and high-value exhibits. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or theft inside the booth.
